SupALOX™ HIGH PURITY ALUMINA
SupALOX™ High Purity Alumina is manufactured initially as a
uniform fine powder with a typical D50 90 µm and a D90 180 µm.
Subsequent mechanical post-processing (e.g., milling and
compaction) is then used, as necessary to customise the product
to each customer’s requirements

Particle Size Distribution – D50 0.44 µm milled HPA
With routine particle size measurements we can ensure to achieve mono-disperse D50 particle size distribution after custom-milling. Various distributions are available upon request.

Xray Powder Diffraction – Phase pure alpha Al₂O₃
With routine x-ray diffraction we monitor the overall quality of our products and can guarantee a phase pure α-Al₂O₃ supply.

With routine electron microscopy we can monitor the morphology of our products and can modify for various uses upon request.

Chemical Analysis – 99.999% Al₂O₃ (5N HPA)
Using our dedicated ICP analysis methods we can monitor and ensure the highest quality of our alumina oxides. We focus on all potential impurities from raw materials as well as from production and measure towards detection limits to ensure a true 5N quality.
